Safely, easily empty carts even when fully loaded
CECOR offers four types of dumping methods for its carts and containers:
- Rotational Dumping
- Hydraulic Dumping
- Forklift Dumping
- Manual Dummping
ROTATIONAL DUMPING (DB)
CECOR’s Heavy-Duty Dumping Carts are equipped standard with trunnion pins for use with CECOR’s patented dumping frame. The cart latches securely to the dumping frame, which in turn is secured to a forklift or overhead hook hoist for elevated, rotationl dumping.
The trunnion pins adjust to accommodate different loads from light-and-bulky to dense-and-heavy. Spring-loaded trigger on the frame overturns the cart, which can rotate the cart a full 360 degrees (depending on load weight) for thorough emptying. The empty cart returns to an upright position for return to the floor.
HYDRAULIC DUMPING (RB)
Some carts can be fitted with t-rail cleats for use with hydraulic dumping systems. The t-rail cleat engages the cart from the bottom for quick, complete and safe emptying. Some CECOR carts (WB) can be equipped with both trunnion pins and t-rail cleats. Some exceptions apply.
FORKLIFT DUMPING (FB)
Some carts can be fitted with forklift pockets built into the cart base to engage forks from a rotator attachment on a lift truck. Loaded carts can be easily pushed and maneuvered by one person or picked up and transported by fork lift. Cart empties easily, quickly and thoroughly by rotating forks on lift truck. Some exceptions apply.
MANUAL DUMPING (T)
See CECOR’s Tilt Trucks for more information about our manual dumping cart series. They have reinforced dumping knees so cart dumps forward in two stages for complete emptying at floor or dock level.
