CNC Fluid Dispensers Are Easy to Operate
We designed our fluid dispensing systems to be safe and easy for one person to handle. Each of our dispensers is designed to maneuver easily over the factory floor. Our gravity dispenser has channel construction for secure fork-lift entry. Once lifted or wheeled to a machine, you only need to move the 16’ hose to the sump and begin filling the sump. Our powered dispensers can discharge fluid from about 23 to 25 gallons per minute.
Combine your dispenser with a CECOR sump cleaner for a two-unit system for quickly cleaning & refilling your sump. You also have the option of selecting a combination sump cleaner & dispenser which has both units on one chassis. This duo cleans and refreshes your metalworking fluid, reduces potential downtime, and further increases the efficiency in your operations.

- Gravity powered fluid dispenser – Our DX-110PL has a 110-gallon capacity and offers a low-cost option for dispensing fluid without a power source, for when there is not a convenient power source nearby.
- Air operated fluid dispenser – Our air operated fluid dispenser comes in 90, 140, or 175-gallon tank capacities. Fluids load through fill-hatch or pump-in suction, and it discharges at 25 gallons per minute. It is safe & easy for one person to handle.
- Electric powered fluid dispenser – This push or tow dispenser can be conveniently plugged in anywhere and is also safe and easy for one person to operate. Fluids load through fill-hatch or pump-in suction and it discharges at 23 gallons per minute.
